Credit pack purchases

Credit packs are one-time purchases. When you buy a pack, the credits are added to your account wallet once payment is confirmed.

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a purchase you did not intend — contact us through the contact page and we will review the payment.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer; Stripe typically completes refunds within 5–10 business days.

When a refund is issued, we reverse the credits granted by that purchase, up to the amount still present in your wallet. Credits you have already spent cannot be recovered, and the wallet balance is never driven below zero by a refund.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions bill automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your subscription page or the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.

Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current period. If you believe a subscription charge was made in error, contact us and we will review it.

Cancellation is not a refund

Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing. It does not reverse charges already made. Refunds for past charges are handled separately as described above.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us through the contact page with the email address used for the purchase and, if you have it, the purchase or subscription reference. We review each request individually.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank instead of contacting us, we will respond through the payment processor's dispute process. Opening a dispute does not guarantee a refund, and unresolved disputes may lead to suspension of the associated account until the matter is resolved.
