What Follower Change does

Follower Change is a browser-based tool that analyzes Instagram follower and following export files you provide. It compares the files and reports the differences — for example, which accounts don't follow you back, or which accounts appeared or disappeared between two exports. Analysis happens on your device; the tool has no access to your Instagram account and cannot observe changes directly.

Limits of snapshot-based analysis

Historical comparison shows which accounts were present in one export but not another. A missing account may have been deactivated, deleted, renamed, or unavailable in the data — absence from an export does not prove that someone intentionally unfollowed you, and we make no such claim.

Results reflect only the contents of the files you supply. We make no guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of results beyond faithfully reporting what your data contains.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining your data exports lawfully and for complying with Instagram's terms when downloading your own information. Do not upload information you do not have the right to process.

Acceptable use

Use the tool for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, and do not present its results as authoritative statements about other people's intentions. The Follower Change name, design, and site content are protected by their applicable rights; nothing here grants you ownership of them.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the tool or reliance on its results, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
